I specialise in instructional design, curriculum development, and e-learning project management, helping businesses and organisations transform the way they train and educate.
How I Got Here
I started my journey as an educator, designing my own lesson plans and learning materials to ensure my students had the best possible experience. This hands-on approach gave me a deep understanding of how people learn and what makes training effective.
As my career evolved, I moved into learning innovation and EdTech, leading the transformation of in-person learning into scalable e-learning solutions. I worked closely with IT teams to develop an LMS from the ground up—one that now serves thousands of learners in corporate and government-led projects. This experience showed me the power of technology-driven learning and inspired me to specialize in learning design, instructional strategies, and digital training solutions.

I’m also a proud first-time dog mom to Muffin, a playful Bichon Frise. We love going on little adventures together – exploring parks, hiking scenic trails, and playing endless games. Raising a puppy has been a journey of patience, learning, and laughter.
